The user is wastes precious time in a fake chat with these fictitious profiles and chatbots. As a male on the site a total rip off. By pure luck I found one person that I met and perhaps 2 that I had some conversation with online. I think the contact I had that perhaps 1 in 20 to 1 in 30 were real people and the rest fake. I was given profiles of girls that were 18, when my profile was set to nothing younger than 27. I did ask how someone 10 years younger than my minimum preference could possibly be a match, funny enough no answer came back for that. Hey, If it’s a genuine miscommunication you’d be better emailing customer service at C-Date to sort it out.

I had a really pleassing experience wth nu-date.com. The prodct I saught was readily avialable and the process of overlorg it was smooth. The cstomer service team was very respnsive and helpfl. Moreover, the prices they ofer are really competitve and the qualiy of the prodcuts they provide is excelet.
When I needed sume support it was provided efficently and professionnally by their team which is a pluss for me. Overall, I would rate this compay as accepted.

With regard to the terms and conditions, the site wants to entertain you. Well, a dating site is not usually for entertainment. Here, fake chat operators control fake profiles to entertain you. But, while chatting with you, the fake operators will not identify as such. It seems that they will start a chat, but they will not mention moderation. Also, their fake profiles are not marked as such. The online dating portal La-Date.com got a friendly, and appealing design.

I have no complaints about Nu-Date and would definately recomend them to enyone looking for solid customer service. They had a button for a £2.50 monthly membership, and took my to Paypal where there was no mention of the cost. Now i see this is a recurring subscription of £40 a month.

I have a copy off my response to them and will be contacting a solicitor if I receive any demands for payment over and above what I have paid to date.
